Sleep Discovery

After bringing together all the information, we can help you to choose an option that works best for you.

Over 70% of people who regularly snore also have sleep apnea with most people unaware that they are suffering from the condition.

Dental Appliances

Working with a physician, we may suggest a dental appliance to manage Snoring and/or Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Many people diagnosed with sleep apnea are simply not able to use the CPAP machine and are not receiving treatment. Oral Appliances are now proven alternative.

Tension Type Headaches

Chronic Headaches are common, yet they often go untreated unless by medication. Chronic Headaches significantly alter the sufferer’s Quality of Life yet may be due to head and/or jaw muscle imbalance.. After an adequate diagnosis, we may be able to provide a non-pharmaceutical solution to help you enjoy your day pain free.

Insomnia

Poor sleep may be due to a very obvious cause! Treatment may be simple - help the bed-partner. Equally, for some, the cause of poor sleep may not be so clear, yet with appropriate investigation you may recover your daytime energy.

Bruxism (Tooth grinding)

Tooth grinding (bruxism) is a serious dental problem in our society and not only does spoil our appearance, break down dental work and even crack or split teeth. The wear is often progressive and may result in the need for expensive dental work (which may break down again!). Unfortunately, some protective ‘night guards’ can do more harm than good - ask us what would be best for you.
